Islamic Finance @ FMA 2012 in Atlanta

Session 058
Islamic Finance
Thursday, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Islamic finance is growing at 15 percent annually and will exceed 2 trillion in 2012. Flush capital in the Muslim world attracts and induces many money managers and financial institutions, whether they are from the Arab or western world, to offer Shariah-compliant assets that fit these Muslim religious preferences. Islamic finance is one of the fastest growing and most innovative financial disciplines in the international financial market, as well as one of the least understood by both the western and Islamic financial communities.
